Terms of service

1. Who we are

Loomwerk is operated by Chargertech B.V., Lange Beijerd 14E, 5431 SJ Cuijk, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 89850815 · VAT (BTW): NL865133049B01 · Email: info@chargertech.nl.

2. Offer and prices

All prices in the shop are in euros and include Dutch VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors in prices or specifications do not bind us. Product specifications are compiled with care from manufacturer datasheets; the manufacturer datasheet is leading.

3. Catalogue orders

An agreement is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Payment is due at checkout. Delivery and returns are governed by our shipping and return policies.

4. Custom work (wiring looms, rebuilds, repairs)

  • Custom work is performed on the basis of a written quote. The quote states the price, specifications and indicative lead time.
  • A deposit of 50% is due on acceptance of the quote; the remainder is due on completion, before delivery. Build starts after the deposit is received.
  • Custom work is made to your specification and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of wiring diagrams, pinouts and other information you supply. Changes to the specification after acceptance may affect price and lead time; we confirm such changes in writing.
  • Lead times are indicative unless expressly agreed as binding.

5. Warranty and liability

  • Statutory warranty applies to all products. Custom looms are continuity-tested before delivery; we warrant workmanship (crimps, assembly, testing) for 12 months.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, modification by third parties, overloading beyond the specified ratings, or motorsport incidents.
  • Correct installation and fusing of supplied parts and looms is the customer's responsibility unless installation by us has been agreed.
  • Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands; consumers may also choose the court of their own place of residence within the EU.
